# Partner services

## Dashboard <a href="#id-partnerportal-sub-menus-dashboard" id="id-partnerportal-sub-menus-dashboard"></a>

The Dashboard displays all WebGUI accounts assigned to the current user (/partner), offering the ability to log into each WebGUI account.

{% hint style="info" %}
*Note:* Partner Accounts and WebGUI Accounts are NOT the same!
{% endhint %}

WebGUI accounts are different instances running on the Link11 proxies. Multiple subaccounts can be created.&#x20;

Subaccounts are separated by ':' with the maximum number of subaccounts being three. Thus, `link11:webguitest:account` would be possible.

## Traffic <a href="#id-partnerportal-sub-menus-traffic" id="id-partnerportal-sub-menus-traffic"></a>

The Traffic Menu displays an overview of products the customer booked, and how much traffic was made on each instance and WebGUI account. The traffic on each service (for example: WebDDoS, CDN) can be seen for all instances and accounts.

Please note that these bandwidth metrics are measured according to the UTC (+00:00) time zone.

The time frame of bandwidth metrics can be chosen, and the data can be exported.

An overview of all instances can be seen at the bottom. In the future, a sum of all traffic shall be displayed here.

Adding a new user creates a new Partner Portal User Account. The available settings are described below.

**Manage User**

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/LO2vfq1ydM8VIrjEaUSa" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

The Manage User option enables admins to edit the account name, email address for login, and the login password.&#x20;

Most importantly, the access rights can be edited with three options: Full access, Read only, and No Access. This gives the main account owner the ability to manage what other users can see in the WebGUI, and which settings can be changed by specific users.

### Profile <a href="#id-partnerportal-sub-menus-account-profile" id="id-partnerportal-sub-menus-account-profile"></a>

The Profile Menu enables admins to change the login password.

Admins can also enable two-step verification using an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator. This is recommended to increase security.

### Security <a href="#id-partnerportal-sub-menus-account-security" id="id-partnerportal-sub-menus-account-security"></a>

The Security Menu enables admins to Activate WebGUI Auditing, and "Force Comments at Changes" for auditing purposes. The latter can be useful for understanding why changes were made.

Administrators can also set a minimum password length, which will subsequently be enforced for all account users. By default, passwords must be at least 7 characters in length, with no option for a smaller number. Additionally, a universal requirement mandates the inclusion both numeric and alphabetic characters.

### Auditing <a href="#id-partnerportal-sub-menus-account-auditing" id="id-partnerportal-sub-menus-account-auditing"></a>

This displays a list of all WebGUI setting changes. The list includes the date, user, and comment for all changes within a specific time frame.&#x20;

This list can be useful in diagnosing the source of a problem, if a recent change broke something in the system.
