As a managed DDoS Protection service provider, we require prior notification to ensure uninterrupted testing. Before initiating any pentest or stress test on any layer (3, 4, or 7) against a Link11 instance, please adhere to the following guidelines: ## Testing Link11 1. **Authorized Platforms:** * Only conduct white box tests using recognized Pentesting/Stress Testing platforms. * Please contact for clarification if your chosen testing platform meets these requirements. 2. **Client Impact Mitigation:** * In the event of identified impact on other clients, Link11 reserves the right to block the tests. 3. **Time Limit:** * Each test must not exceed 1 hour (60 minutes) per upstream. * If a longer test is required, please contact 4. **Clean Traffic Commitment:** * Tests must not surpass the agreed Clean Traffic commitment with Link11. 5. **Correct Targeting:** * Please be aware that launching Layer 3 or 4 tests against a WebDDoS instance, or Layer 7 tests against a Network DDoS instance, will not produce an accurate picture of the capabilities of the DDoS protection offered by Link11. 6. **Support Contact:** * Link11 support much be contacted prior to any test being launched: ## **Testing Behind Link11** If a Pentest or Stress Test needs to be performed on a service behind Link11, please contact our support team for whitelisting options. ## More Info For further inquiries or information, do not hesitate to contact us at .
