# BGP Sessions

The BGP Session page lists all configured BGP sessions for the customer. Each session represents a BGP connection through which a set of IP prefixes is protected by Network DDoS.

### Session List

Sessions are displayed in a table with the following columns:

| Column     | Description                                                                                           |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name**   | The name of the BGP session, typically correlated to the port used to connect to the customer origin. |
| **Status** | Whether the session is **Active** or **Pending**.                                                     |
| **AS #**   | The Autonomous System Number of the protected prefix(es).                                             |
| **AS-SET** | The AS-SET associated with the session.                                                               |

### Expanded Row

Clicking the arrow on a session row expands it to show:

* **Protected Prefixes** — the IP ranges protected by this session.
* **UUID** — the unique identifier for this session.
* **Monitoring** — the monitoring mode configured for this session.

### Configuration

BGP session configuration is an internal Link11 operations action. To change the configuration of a BGP session — including the scrubbing centre, connection type, local IPs, or protected prefixes — contact Link11 Support at <support@link11.com>.<br>
